is set in the heart of Burns Country, and the ideal location of the
Richmond provides easy access to the town's shopping centre, sea front and
the railway station, all within 5 minutes walk. Prestwick airport is only
3-4 miles away.

Built in the 18th century, by Robert Adam, the castle has extensive grounds, which offer numerous walks, picnic areas and fantastic gardens, which have a wealth of exotic plants. Other castles within easy reach include Dundonald and Dean, as well as the ruins of Dunure and Greenan Castles.
